True North Housing Alliance delivered behavioral health recovery services to 1,716 individuals experiencing homelessness.
Wrap‑around support enabled 230 people to transition to permanent housing; recidivism dropped from 14% to 7%; staff earned SUD counselor and peer certifications; and 631 individuals received peer services. Nearly 600 individuals were connected to SUD/MH counseling.
