The Cambodian Family trained 100% of HEAR US staff in culturally responsive care and translated materials for a community of approximately 10,000 Cambodian residents.
Fifty‑six community ambassadors supported 350+ individuals. Twelve health navigators received interpreter training, increasing mental health access for 120+ limited‑English‑proficient clients monthly. Community members’ PHQ‑9 scores improved from 11 to 5, demonstrating meaningful progress.
