MECCA expanded access to harm reduction and recovery supports for 16,001 individuals from multi‑ethnic communities, meeting people where they are through culturally rooted interventions across mosques, churches, schools and youth arts programs.
All staff received culturally responsive care training, and outreach engaged nearly 4,000 residents with education, service linkages and stigma‑reducing engagement.
