Mariposa County implemented a Community Information Exchange and expanded culturally responsive services with peer support.
One hundred forty additional individuals received SUD/MH services; 47% of staff received cultural responsiveness training; Spanish materials addressed a 12% Hispanic population; peers served 457 individuals; and “No Wrong Door” collaboration reduced stigma and streamlined access to care and ancillary services.
