Lyon‑Martin expanded outreach, harm reduction and clinical capacity to reduce wait times and improve access for clients with SMI, SED and SUD.
The outreach team conducted 1,086 interactions at encampments, SROs and events; linked 250 clients to medical care; provided 521 recovery services; and grew the mental health department with peers, a therapist and a psychiatrist.
