Kno’Qoti Native Wellness expanded culturally grounded behavioral health and recovery supports across Lake, Glenn and Butte counties.
Direct services reached 141 additional individuals; all staff were trained in culturally aware, trauma‑informed care; multi‑county professional trainings convened cross‑sector providers; a partnership with Adventist Health launched quarterly “Circles of Care”; and the organization became Lake County’s only tribally led Enhanced Care Management provider.
