BIPOC individuals served rose 17.6%; limited‑English‑proficient patients 18.3%; LGBTQ+ patients 21.7%; uninsured patients 17.1%; and patients experiencing homelessness 15.1%, alongside workforce development, harm reduction education, social needs screening and trilingual staffing.
