Alcott’s HEAR US project introduced in‑house peer support for clients in its Interim Housing Program for the first time.
Eight Peer Specialists were trained and provided peer services to 40 individuals navigating co‑occurring mental health, housing and justice‑involved challenges across Los Angeles County, offering step‑by‑step guidance, encouragement and support to complete personal goals.
